Clients with Active subscriptions will be prompted to download IDC6 update.

Select your update then proceed as normal, following all onscreen instructions.

Ensure any antivirus is OFF for the duration of install and any required reboots.

Windows account MUST have full admin rights to install AND use IDC6.

 


Please be patient with download and install. Download speed will depend on your internet speed.
Installation speed will depend on the spec of your pc.
In some stages it may appear that nothing is happening - please WAIT until further instructions appear.

When prompted, ensure you select "data migration from IDC5".

This will ensure any client files will be transferred as well as your tool configuration data.

Teamviewer Remote support - download to enable us access to your pc (with your permission) for troubleshooting, training and tech support. This link will download the program file for you to install team viewer. Once open, you will see an area to enter a session code which we will provide by phone or email.

Team Viewer Quick support - for those not familiar with pc operation. Click on the link. The file will download to your pc. Double click the file to install quick support. Enter the session code we provide by phone or email.

Quick Support Steps

  1. Work with your trusted help desk provider to obtain your personal Quick Support link
  2. On your computer’s desktop, open the Quick Support app
  3. Your help desk provider will request a remote connection
  4. When you accept the connection, the remote session will begin

Because TeamViewer Quick Support is an application that runs only when needed, it’s not installed on your computer and doesn’t require administrator-level access.
